The plastic (PP and ABS) flip float switch is reliable, maintenance and wear free, and can be mounted "from inside" a tank, canister, etc. This switch is built by ES: A reed contact is soldered to the high quality cable and potted together in the shaft with Wepuran®. The 230 volt version, which is not primarily intended for use on Schabus water detectors, can be used, for example, to switch a 230 V relay directly in the fuse box.
The 230 V folding float switch may only be used in circuits that are protected by a residual current circuit breaker.
