- Water sensor for unused analogue inputs in home automation systems
- Corrosion-resistant casting for maximum safety and durability
- Can be screwed on for floor mounting
- Compact, heavy-duty design, tough-elastic, impact-resistant, conditionally slip-resistant
Sensor with two V4A metal contacts encapsulated in a plastic housing. As soon as water or another conductive liquid touches the two contacts, the output voltage rises to around 80-90% of the applied operating voltage. This allows analog inputs to be controlled by home automation and building management systems.
The analog inputs must be high-impedance, the sensor must not be loaded.
The sensor cables (3 x 0.14 mm²) can be easily extended.
LIYY cables are only temporarily waterproof and, according to the manufacturer, flame-retardant, low-adhesion, self-extinguishing and largely resistant to oils, greases, coolants and lubricants.
The SHT 8800 water sensor is not suitable for connection to Schabus water detectors.
