The water sensor SHT 5008 with three contacts is suitable for floor mounting on hard floors such as screed, concrete, but also plastic (GRP) or tarred floors. With its 3-wire cable, the redundancy function or the differentiation between standing and rising water can be realized with the water detector SHT 5001, but by combining two cables, the SHT 5008 can also be easily operated on any other Schabus water detector as a floor sensor in a more stable design.

The standard SHT 5006 water sensor with 2 nickel-plated brass contacts and 6 meters of cable is overmolded with a soft, water-repellent plastic and has a gap between the contacts to prevent any biofilms that may form from triggering false alarms. The SHT 5006 sensor for connection to all Schabus water detectors is only suitable for regularly dry environments, ideal for detecting creeping moisture on floors and surfaces, but rather unsuitable for detecting water levels in shafts, tanks and other containers with regularly damp environments.

The water sensor SHT 5009 with three plate electrodes is suitable for floor mounting on soft floors such as parquet, laminate, but also carpets or linoleum floors. With its 2-wire cable it is directly ready for connection to the Schabus water detectors SHT 5000 and SHT 5001, as well as to the level controller SHT 5002 as overflow detector. The middle drill hole is reinforced with aluminum, so depending on the type of mounting desired, a thread can also be cut.

The SHT 5600 water sensor is identical in construction to the SHT 5006 standard water sensor, except that with the SHT 5600 an additional third contact has been inserted in the gap between the two ground contacts. This makes it possible, in conjunction with the SHT 5001 water detector, to distinguish between the messages "soil moisture" and "water rising further" and to take different measures, since with the SHT 5001 a separate relay is switched for each of the two states. 
Aqua Scanner SHT 5020

The Aqua Scanner SHT 5020 is a 2 meter long sensor (extendable on request), sensitive to single drops of water along its entire length. The mechanically strong cable, resistant to corrosion and abrasion, consists of two sensor wires embedded in a fluoropolymer carrier rod. Due to the robust cable construction with conductive polymer technology and fluoropolymer construction detection, no metal is exposed. For cleaning, you can wipe it with a clean damp cloth.
For connection to the Schabus water detectors is suitable only a LiYY control line with 2x 0.14mm², which can be ordered separately.

The water sensor SHT 5007 with 2 nickel-plated brass contacts and 6 meter cable is identical in construction to the SHT 5006 water sensor, except that here a particularly UV-stable plastic is used for overmolding, which prevents the sensor from becoming porous so quickly in outdoor areas and regular exposure to sunlight. The SHT 5007 sensor for connection to all Schabus water detectors is only suitable for regularly dry environments, ideal for detecting creeping moisture on floors and surfaces, but rather unsuitable for detecting water levels in shafts, tanks and other containers with regularly damp environments.
