The key switch with 1-pole contact and three keys is used to manually override the air flow monitor article 21006, to prevent economic damage to the catering business. This may only be done in exceptional cases and under controlled supervision, the ventilation system must be running!
The person responsible must ensure that the exhaust air system is switched on safely so that there is no damage to health due to excessive CO concentrations.
