The plastic float switch is reliable, maintenance-free, wear-free and easy to install. The switching contact closes from a level of approx. 4 cm and the voltage output from low to high. The reverse switching function can also be achieved by turning the float body.
The output voltage of the mini float switch switches between 0 volts and the operating voltage when actuated. Suitable for direct connection to high-impedance logic circuits, with common operating voltage to TTL or CMOS inputs. The float switch can only switch very low currents, e.g. a red LED with 11 mA at an operating voltage of 12 volts. The lower the current, the longer the service life of the contacts. At 5 volts and 1 mA, the number of switching cycles is 1 trillion.

LIYY cables are only temporarily waterproof and, according to the manufacturer, flame-retardant, low-adhesion, self-extinguishing and largely resistant to oils, greases, coolants and lubricants.
