The GX-CO12 is a small compact but highly accurate CO detector, which has passed the elaborate full test according to DIN EN 50291 at TÜV Süd. Who is not often on the road with his camper, perhaps shy away from the cost of such a warning device, so we deliver it with a suitable plug-in power supply. If you are at home, hang the CO detector in your boiler room with the gas heater, if you are on the road, simply plug it into your motorhome, caravan or other recreational vehicle with gas cooking or cooling facilities. Wherever gas is burned, CO is usually produced, sometimes more, sometimes less. Continuously inhaled CO, even if it occurs only in low concentrations, accumulates in the blood and is highly toxic, in the worst case even fatal. The CO detector GX-CO-12 definitely warns you in time before physiological impairment occurs, whereas a short and fast increase, e.g. when igniting the camping stove, does not immediately lead to an alarm. For this, the standard DIN EN 50291 has prescribed reasonable alarm delay times, which will not lead you into the temptation to tamper with the warning device or even not to carry one with you, because the constant alarms of a non-delayed device will only cost you nerves in the end. You mount the connection cable firmly in your vehicle and connect it to the battery voltage, the plug-in power supply remains in the house and you take the CO detector with you wherever you go. The CO detector, which has been fully tested by TÜV Süd in accordance with DIN EN 50291, can be used both as a mobile device in your recreational vehicle (e.g. motor home) and as a stationary device at your home. For mobile use, a cable for connection to the 12V or 24V battery is included, for operation at home you get a plug-in power supply with matching RJ plug included, so that alternating operation is also possible and the GX-CO-12 always ensures your safety: at home and on the road.
