Thank you and Christmas greetings 2020

This time, looking back on the past year 2020 is different than usual.

Although we can look back on a successful 2020 given the circumstances, the way in which we were able to achieve this was not a given. Many thanks to all employees who adhered to the constantly adjusted guidelines and thus made operations possible, albeit under difficult conditions. Above all, a special thank you goes to our customers, who repeatedly showed understanding, even when some processes took a little longer than usual. We will endeavor to make our customer service as quick and uncomplicated as possible in the future. Who would have thought that there would be a year without a single trade fair in our industry and that we would have restrictions on our freedom of travel? All of this should make us more humble and strengthen our efforts to overcome this pandemic together so that we can return to normal interactions with one another. Last but not least, we would also like to take this opportunity to thank our suppliers. Here, too, contact was and remains limited. Despite all the restrictions, however, the supply chains were largely maintained. Thank you for that! As in previous years, we have decided not to offer Christmas gifts to customers and suppliers this year, instead donating this amount to Sternstunden eV (a charity fundraiser run by Bayerischer Rundfunk).
