We are particularly proud of our pioneering work in the field of exhaust air systems, which earned our owner, Wolfgang Schabus, the unofficial title of "Mister Exhaust Air." The SCHABUS exhaust air control system, registered as a utility model in 2002, was developed in cooperation with TÜV Süd in response to the Combustion Regulations and modified to meet the latest requirements and state-of-the-art technology. Both the wired and wireless exhaust air control systems are tested according to DIN EN 60730 and therefore meet the highest safety standards. The German Institute for Building Technology has also certified this with DIBt approval.

Of course, we manufacture in compliance with the RoHS Directive, which is binding throughout the EU and regulates the use of environmentally harmful substances, and we stay below the permissible limits wherever possible. And of course, as a manufacturer, we are also bound by the WEEE EU Directive, which regulates the valid take-back and recycling of old devices. We therefore assume the organization and costs of taking back our products from the collection point, ensuring that disposal is completely free of charge for our customers.
More importantly, and the decisive difference here is again our company philosophy: we want to make life easier, better and safer for our customers.
For us, this also includes the sensible and careful use of resources, materials, and energy. In concrete terms, this means that we plan and design our products in such a way that even older models can be repaired in the event of wear or defects. This goes against the frequently observed trend of so-called "planned obsolescence" or the throwaway mentality of many large online retailers.
