Our production facilities, with two sites in Stephanskirchen, Upper Bavaria, and since 2010 also in Rohrdorf, enable us to guarantee the necessary flexibility, cost-effective manufacturing, on-time delivery, and the assurance of our highest quality standards. We are particularly proud of our pioneering work in the field of exhaust air systems, which earned our owner, Wolfgang Schabus, the unofficial title "Mr. Exhaust Air." The SCHABUS exhaust air control system, registered as a utility model since 2002, was developed in cooperation with TÜV Süd in response to the new fire safety regulations and has been modified to meet the latest requirements and state-of-the-art technology. Both the wired and wireless exhaust air control systems are tested according to DIN EN 60730 and thus meet the highest safety standards. The German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) further confirms this with its DIBt approval.

Naturally, we manufacture in compliance with the RoHS Directive, which regulates the use of environmentally harmful substances throughout the EU, and we remain below the permissible limits wherever possible. And of course, as a manufacturer, we are also bound by the EU WEEE Directive, which regulates the valid take-back and recycling of old electrical and electronic equipment. We therefore take care of organizing and covering the costs of taking back our products from the collection point, so disposal is completely free for our customers.
More importantly, and the decisive difference, is once again our company philosophy: we want to make life easier, better and safer for our customers.
For us, this also includes the responsible and careful use of resources, materials, and energy. Specifically, this means that we plan and design our products in such a way that even older models can be repaired in case of wear and tear or defects. This is in stark contrast to the frequently observed trend of s.g. “planned obsolescence” or the throwaway mentality of many large online retailers.
So if one of our products is no longer working as it should, if a device or sensor is defective or clogged – then talk to us. In many cases, we can find a sustainable solution.
For use in film and TV productions as well as in the trade fair and event sector, we have developed the innovative product line “Light”. & Division” developed a control system for spotlights that significantly simplifies the lighting adjustment of television studios and stages via radio or DMX.
With our 30 years of experience, we are also the competent partner for trade, crafts and commerce, because in addition to our own product range we also manufacture electronic and electromechanical special products, i.e. special solutions even in small quantities.
In addition to our signaling and sensor production, we also handle cable assemblies for well-known manufacturers, including connection cables, device wiring, cable harnesses, data cables, pre-assembled single wires, and multicore connection cables. (Cannon/Schaltbau).
