The key switch with a single-pole contact and three keys is used to manually override the airflow monitor (item 21006) to prevent economic damage in the catering business. This allows the gas supply to be switched on even if the airflow monitor is defective.

<strong>This may only be done in exceptional cases and under controlled supervision; the ventilation system must be running!</strong> The person responsible must ensure that the exhaust air system is safely switched on to prevent health damage from excessive CO concentrations.
