Scope of delivery
The key switch with a single-pole contact and three keys is used to manually override the airflow monitor (item 21006) to prevent financial losses in the catering industry. This allows the gas supply to be switched on even if the airflow monitor is defective.
This may only be done in exceptional cases and under supervised supervision. The ventilation system must be running! The person in charge must ensure that the exhaust air system is safely switched on to prevent health damage from excessive CO concentrations.
