🔌 Relay plug-in card – for individual controls with the SHT 5000

The relay plug-in card is an optional accessory for the water detector SHT 5000 (item no. 300744 / 300790) and extends its functionality by four additional switching channels .

⚙️ Four additional changeover relays – one separate output per detection line

Each of the four signaling lines of the SHT 5000 receives its own small changeover relay via the relay plug-in card – in addition to the existing main relay. This allows external devices to be controlled independently , for example:

  • Signaling devices (lamps, buzzer, horn)

  • Power contactors for automatic pump controls

  • external alarms or reporting systems

🕹️ Relay behavior in monitoring mode

Unlike the main relay, the four small relays on the plug-in card are normally de-energized . They only energize when the assigned detection line is activated —i.e., when water is detected. This allows for clear, error-free signal chains .

🧠 Smart home connection with WWD 200

The relay plug-in card is optimally matched to the WWD 200 Smart Home Adapter (item no. 200200). This allows you to receive a push notification on your phone when the soil moisture level is too high, for example—and also inform your neighbors or automatically turn off devices if the water level continues to rise.

🔄 Can be retrofitted at any time – without functional restrictions

The plug-in card does not affect the extensive setting options of the SHT 5000 – it can be easily retrofitted at any time without having to make any changes to the system.

The relay plug-in card expands the Water detector SHT 5000 at four additional relay outputs – je one relay per signaling line. This allows additional devices such as Pumps, signaling devices or smart home components targeted.

In contrast to the main relay of the SHT 5000, the four small relays of the plug-in card are deactivated in normal state. You switch first, if the respective signaling line Water detected – this enables a clear, direct signaling per channel.

Yes! The plug-in card can be easily retrofit at any timeWithout changing existing settings on the SHT 5000. It is simply plugged in and expands the system without restrictions.

📱 Is the relay plug-in card compatible with the WWD 200?

Yes. The card is optimally for the smart home adapter WWD 200 (Art. No. 200200). So you can e.g. B. in humidity a push notification on your smartphone preserved and with further deterioration trigger further actions – such as alarm or shutdown.

🛠️ Which devices can be controlled via the relays?

You can use the relays e.g. B. Pumps, sirens, strobe lights, SMS modules, smart home systems or external controls connect. The combinations are flexible – each signaling line receives its own switching output.
