The high-quality PG cable glands are optimally matched to the SHT 5000 water detector from Elektrotechnik Schabus. They ensure a largely watertight cable entry and offer improved strain relief directly at the connection terminals in the device.

In contrast to the standard SHT 5000 fittings with simple self-sealing nipples, the PG screw connections offer significantly better protection against the ingress of moisture, dust, or dirt . This makes them ideal for use in humid environments or outdoors.

The size and number of PG cable glands are precisely matched to the connection areas of the SHT 5000 – suitable for:

By firmly screwing the cables into the PG screw connections , strain relief is achieved at the internal screw terminals of the SHT 5000 – without the need to separately fasten the cables to the wall or in the cable duct.
