CO₂ Alarm GX-D1 – For fresh air and clear heads
The GX-D1 CO₂ alarm device reliably ensures good air quality in indoor spaces where large numbers of people regularly gather. Classrooms, conference rooms, open-plan offices, or production facilities – the GX-D1 is used wherever a lack of fresh air impairs concentration. The device is simply plugged into a power outlet and placed higher (more tolerant) or closer to the floor (more sensitive), depending on the desired sensitivity. After a short preheating time of approximately three minutes, it is ready for use.
The GX-D1 continuously measures the CO₂ content of the room air and emits a clearly audible alarm signal accompanied by a red flashing LED if it exceeds 2500 ppm – half the legal maximum concentration (MAK) – to warn before the air quality drops into a health-threatening range. At levels as low as 1400 ppm CO₂, the air is considered "very poor," which has a noticeable impact on concentration, well-being, and performance.
The warning device reliably reminds you to ventilate regularly and sufficiently – long before stuffy air becomes a problem. The GX-D1 thus helps noticeably improve the indoor climate and maintain the well-being of everyone present, without any installation effort.
