View full detailsCO alarm device GX-C3pro – safety for households with gas boilers and gas heating
The GX-C3pro is a reliable carbon monoxide alarm device with an external sensor, specifically designed for use in homes with gas boilers, gas heaters, or other gas-powered appliances. Simply plug the device into a power outlet, and mount the sensor at nose height—where the dangerous gas might first be detected. After approximately five minutes of warm-up time, the GX-C3pro is ready for use.
If the CO limits specified in DIN EN 50291 are exceeded, the system issues a clearly audible warning with an alarm tone and a flashing red LED. At the same time, it automatically shuts off the connected device, such as a boiler or burner, and remains shut off until the hazard has been eliminated through sufficient ventilation and a manual reset is performed.
The warning device uses a precise, TÜV-certified sensor and reacts in a graduated manner: While high CO concentrations trigger an immediate alarm, lower levels trigger a delayed warning – exactly as required by the standard. This largely prevents false alarms while reliably detecting insidious poisoning. For installations outside the monitoring room, the sensor cable can be easily routed through a 13 mm wall opening, and the external sensor is connected via a plug-in connector.
The GX-C3pro features a display-free design and focuses on the essentials: precise detection, easy handling, and consistent shutdown in an emergency. An ideal security solution – for every household with a gas supply.
