Preysing primary school now CO2 test school

On the initiative of Sven Herrmann, a citizen of Aschau and an active CSU member of the Aschau-Sachrang local association, the Preysing elementary school in Aschau was chosen as a "test school for CO2 traffic lights" in cooperation with Klaus Stöttner, a member of the state parliament, and Elmar Stegmeier of the health and care policy working group.

With the CO2 traffic lights, the air quality and the ventilation behavior - not only in Corona times - in the old building of the school should be significantly improved. Especially in this day and age, it is important to "stick together" and look for uncomplicated solutions. It was with great pleasure that Klaus Stöttner, Sven Herrmann and Elmar Stegmeier handed over the first three CO2 traffic lights to the school principals Astrid Sauer and Birgit Spies. The 1st mayor, Simon Frank, thanked the initiators for their commitment to the community and assured that the three CO2 traffic lights would be installed by the building yard at short notice and should already be working after the vacations. Klaus Stöttner would be enthusiastic, if there are still more Aschau entrepreneurs who would like to become active here likewise supporting. Because as Mrs. Sauer revealed, if the tests are successful, the other eight classrooms in the new building should be equipped with CO2 traffic lights. Also Sven Herrmann and Elmar Stegmeier would be pleased, if further "donors" would become active here around possible collective orders for the elementary school and perhaps perspektivlich also for the Kinderhort as well as Kinderkrippe and kindergarten to accomplish. The used CO2 traffic lights originate from the regionally resident company Elektrotechnik SCHABUS from Stephanskirchen and are produced in the district.
